Vauxhall based CTS is a unique Catholic Charity (no. 218951) publishing non-stop since 1868.
With its mission to communicate the truths of the Catholic faith, CTS is one of the oldest Catholic organisations existing today.
The Challenge
CTS required a joined up solution for a new web ordering system. It needed to integrate with its Sage 200 ERP system and sell its range of books, pamphlets and other publications as well as allow donations from, and discounts for its many benefactors.
Solution
Repeat Commerce built a platform to provide advanced payment options (including recurring payments) and Trade accounts. The system had multiple dashboards (Parish, Individual and Trade), customer service console and advanced product management. The system was fully integrated into CTS’s Sage 200 system for fulfilment, pricing, stock and product information as well as its Salesforce CRM system.
Results
Repeat Commerce’s implementation powers the whole CTS mail order system and has allowed significant savings in the back office function as the site avoids replication of many tasks being run manually, whilst increasing sales and conversions on the front end.
