Jane Plan
The Challenge
Jane Plan is one of the UKs leading diet plan providers and uses a combination of tasty, nutritious food to provide slimming subscription-provided meals for those trying live more healthily. With advertising across a range of media including television and online the subscription platform was central to the business and needed to be stable, well managed and secure to support Jane Plan’s commercial output.
Jane Plan approached Repeat Commerce to support, manage and maintain the platform to support ambitious growth and a widespread advertising programme.
Our Solution
Repeat Commerce took over the running of the site, supporting the platform’s subscription application and Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting infrastructure round the clock. Additionally, after familiarising themselves with the custom code base, Repeat Commerce was then able to implement new features and functionality to push the platform on and to improve the performance of the site. Repeat Commerce built a delivery team to meet these objectives with developers, testers a project manager and an infrastructure team all dedicated to delivery and support.

Our Results
Jane Plan was able to continue to grow and support its subscription ecommerce business. The site was easily able to cater for peak traffic period (over Christmas and New Year, as well as high demand over the COVID lockdown for food deliveries). Additionally, the platform was able to accommodate new features and functionality to provide richer options for customers ensuring the site was able to convert and keep customers.
